“On PGL I enjoyed all the activities but the best one was the big swing and the trapeze”.
“On PGL I had a lot of fun and my favourite activity was the one where you got pulled into the air and you had to pull the string and you dropped and swung through the air. It was really fun”.
“When I went to PGL I had great fun. I really enjoyed the giant swing. I may not have gone to the top but it was still fun. The food was nicely cooked however there were a lot of dirty plates. When I left it was a bit upsetting, but I was happy as well because I missed my family”.
“On our PGL trip we had a great time, because we got to try out new things and meet new people and we also had a great teacher Gemma! My favourite activity was Areoball because we got to compete against our friends”.
“On the PGL trip I had fun because even though I am scared of heights, I went on all of the fun activities. Also, I met a lot of new people who were very nice. My dorm was really fun too”.
“When we set off on the coach everybody was excited. When we arrived, our two leaders (Emma & Steph) took us to our bedrooms and gave us time to settle in. Everybody loved the bedrooms, they were like mini houses! The food was lovely and we had a human game of Cluedo. We did a lot of different activities, my favourite was quad biking it was GREAT! When we went on the big swing, we had to pull people upwards and our teacher screamed like mad. It was so funny!”
“When we went on the PGL trip it was fun and we got to do loads of activities, like quad biking, fencing (sword fighting), archery, rock climbing, and Areoball. All the activities were fun, but I was a bit unsure and scare about some of them, but the teachers persuaded me to do them. I was very sad when we had to leave Merchant Hills (PGL) but also happy that I got to go home.”
“I went on the PGL trip and it was great. We had some great activities but I particularly enjoyed quad-biking! I think they chose our working group well because it showed me how important it is to work in teams. On the trapeze I was scared, I got to the box but it was very scary, so I came down. Overall my time was great! The disco was great as well! Areoball was incredible! WE LOVE PGL!”
